If an eligible ClerkHero traffic ticket defense packet does not result in dismissal, you may qualify for a refund of the ClerkHero service fee after submitting official court documentation.
The refund applies to the ClerkHero service fee only. It does not cover court bail, fines, government fees, traffic school costs, mailing costs, or other third-party charges.
How to request review
Email ClerkHero support with the official court decision or documentation showing the final outcome. ClerkHero will review the request against the purchase record and applicable refund terms.
Refund review does not pause, extend, or change any court deadline. Drivers should continue following court instructions.
